NOTE:

To promote responsible fiscal stewardship and environmental sustainability, personal (consumer-grade) printers are discouraged due to elevated ink/toner costs and electronic waste considerations. The College provides shared multi-function devices (copiers/scanners with integrated print capability) as the standard printing solution. These devices support secure print release functionality for confidential or sensitive documents. Employees are expected to utilize these cost-efficient, environmentally responsible, and secure printing options and/or the Graphics Department whenever possible.
