During the week of 1/6, Antonio provided A&R and IT with a walkthrough of the Priority Registration and VTEA solutions. Sessions have been scheduled on 1/22 and 1/23 to review and configuration the solutions in SaaS test. Antonio has agreed to build the codes in SaaS test ahead of the 1/22 meeting. A&R and IT will assess the solutions by 1/31 to determine if these meet Solano needs as these are requirements for go-live.

Additional consulting sessions have also been planned for each Tuesday and Thursday for ongoing modernization consulting, testing, and integration support. Upcoming topics include student center fees, inactivating student records, and end-of-term processes.

Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
To modernize and align the Solano's use of Ellucian Banner Student module with SaaS best practices by identifying current-state gaps, replacing customizations with baseline or extensible solutions, and ensuring Student functional readiness through structured testing and transition support.

Ellucian will lead planning and initiation workshops for Student module to align stakeholders, introduce the transition support framework, and present tailored test plans. These workshops will also cover recommended testing scenarios and data populations, and establish a standardized findings report format.

During the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, Ellucian will provide dedicated resources to guide the Solano team through each migration cycle. This includes real-time support for issue resolution, enhancement suggestions, and continuous review of findings to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

As the project progresses to go-live, Ellucian will offer consultative support to ensure a smooth transition into production. This includes validation of functional capabilities and post-go-live assessments to confirm operational readiness.
