124 of the 260 identified reports that need to be converted for Insights have been developed. This primarily consists of the reports identified as Critical/High priority by functional areas. Report development will resume on 1/26 following Mock 2 validation. 

On 1/15, Research and Planning also confirmed that the 7 enrollment reports previously provided to Omar, Ellucian Insights Consultant, will be the reports Solano is requesting for report development. They will not be requesting additional reports, but have an interest in learning how to use the tool for data freezes. Weekly sessions have been scheduled between Ellucian (Omar and Uma), IT, and Research and Planning in which Omar will provide walkthroughs of his progress, address questions from Solano staff regarding Insights, and the team can review the Report Development workbook progress for reports Solano is converting.

The purpose of this project is to implement Ellucian's reporting tool to ensure Solano's reporting needs are met and future-proof (SaaS compliant). Existing Argos reports will be converted to point to SaaS/Insights data, preserving current reporting needs.

(1) Configuration and deployment of Insights environment including
(a.) Access to insights extensibility tools
(b.) Access to Experience cards
(2) Configuration of display rules, parameters, custom datasets and point in time data captures
(3) Complete security setup
(4) Report development of all necessary Solano reports
(5) Ellucian Report development: 4 Small, 4 Medium, and 2 Large reports
(6) Report development training focused on the Insights Report Builder/Guided User Interface
