Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
The purpose of this project is to successfully transition the Ellucian Experience Portal, FalconNest, from its current on-premise infrastructure to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The project aims to provide a seamless migration for all users with a more user-friendly and modernized platform with automated updates and enhanced security. The SaaS platform will enable the organization to have the ability to introduce new features, refine exiting ones, and respond to changing requirements more efficiently. Additionally, the project will integrate Active Directory (AD) to streamline the provisioning of student and employee accounts using Ethos User Provisioning (EUP), ensuring that user authentication, access, and management processes are automated and secure.
