Marthen is continuing to confirm that configurations are in place in the SaaS tenant and is developing a test plan (due 1/26) which will be used during system integration testing (due 2/27). Ellucian has provided documentation on testing scenarios, which Marthen is reviewing to inform his test plan as well as go-live plan/checklist.

The issue regarding missed drops is being monitored through 2/6 (post census) to determine if the release that resolved the issue was effective.

Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
The project’s primary objective is to implement Intelligent Learning Platform (ILP) in the Banner SaaS environment to provide a seamless, real‑time bridge between Banner and the learning management system (LMS), Canvas. By moving ILP to SaaS, the project will preserve and stabilize the college’s existing LMS/Banner integrations, ensuring that current capabilities, such as course creation and enrollments, continue to function reliably after the migration. The new ILP setup focuses on maintaining business workflows for students, faculty, and staff while improving the resilience and supportability of the underlying integration.
Deliverables Requested
List or summarize all specific deliverables resulting from this project. What will the project produce or deliver? These should include items that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time bound.
(1) ILP is successfully synchronizing data between Banner and the Canvas learning management system (LMS) without major issues, including terms, courses, sections, users, and enrollments.
(2) All planned ILP functionality is working as expected for students and faculty, meeting defined business and academic requirements.
(3) Real-time or scheduled data sync between Banner and the LMS is stable and performant, with appropriate monitoring and error‑handling in place.
(4) User roles, access, and permissions are fully configured.
(5) Project related access, documents, and artifacts, including a setup report, is provided.
(6) A successful deployment to the production SaaS environment is completed, with ILP functioning reliably and cutover occurring with minimal disruption to teaching and learning.
