Hugo has developed a version of the ISE template which will allow for more adequate understanding and documentation of functional users' Banner job process. The creation of the last of the remaining ISE users (for HR processes) is currently in-progress. The Student, Financial Aid, and Finance templates have been completed by functional areas and received by ISE for import into ISE. The HR templates will be developed during the FLAC engagements and are pending more consulting from Megan (to be scheduled in February).

Jeannette and Uma are coordinating with Paul from ISE to resume testing with of the Finance jobs (week of 1/26). Once testing for those jobs have been completed, testing with additional functional areas will begin with the goal to test all areas by February 27.

Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
As part of our transition to Ellucian Banner SaaS, this project will replace our current job scheduling and integration tool, Automic, with Ellucian's Job Scheduling tool, ISE. The shift to ISE ensures full compatibility with the SaaS environment, streamlines integrations, and aligns with Ellucian’s supported architecture. This change will enable us to maintain our current operational procedures and critical workflows while transitioning to a modern, cloud-based platform.
