The purpose of this project is to migrate Solano's existing California Virtual Campus (CVC) integration from an on-premise environment to a SaaS-based platform. The project will ensure seamless access to CVC resources for students and staff and maintain current features and functionality in the SaaS environment.

(1) Banner SaaS and related middleware/configurations required for CVC are provisioned, validated, and accessible
(2) Data exchange between Banner and the CVC Exchange is configured according to CVC implementation guidelines and local business rules
(3) A production cutover or confirmation of ongoing production operations is completed with minimal disruption, ensuring that current CVC‑related functionality continues to operate as expected post‑SaaS migration.
