The integration is still being reviewed to put it in a ready for testing state. Further analysis determined that an issue with CCCApply not marking students' phone numbers in Banner is impacting the process.

Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
The purpose of this project is to develop and implement a seamless integration between Remind, our current communication tool used to notify waitlisted students via SMS that they are able to register for their course, and our new SaaS-based ERP. This integration aims to preserve the existing functionality which relies on file-based data transfers and data synchronization between Banner and Remind.

(1) Data extraction of student waitlist notification information (e.g., student information, course information
(2) File transfer to a directory specified by Reminds' administrators.
