During the engagement on 1/8, Tom from ABCloudz reported that the integration is in the testing phase, but they are experiencing issues connecting to the ClockWorks Azure site. Hugo coordinated a meeting between ClockWorks and Tom to address the issue, and on 1/14, the ClockWorks support consultant emailed Solano and Tom confirming that test files can now be sent. 

During the 1/8 engagement, the Senior Director of Integrations from Ellucian, Makarand, noted that Ellucian and ABCloudz are to have internal reviews with SaaS consultants to ensure proper validation, thorough documentation, and quality assurance checks before deeming integrations as complete.

The purpose of the ClockWorks integration implementation is to re‑establish a reliable, Banner SaaS‑compatible data exchange that supports the Accessibility Services Center (ASC) workflows without loss of functionality after the migration.

(1) Current on‑premises ClockWorks–Banner integration logic (data fields, jobs, schedules, and transformations) is documented and mapped to a new SaaS integration design.
(2)​ SaaS‑compatible integration between Banner and ClockWorks is configured and tested, supporting required data flows.
(3) Test scenarios are executed successfully and data is validated.
