Changed On Hold Until from Nothing to Fri 6/5/26.
The HR team has requested that FLAC be postponed for a June 2027 implementation. Ellucian has verbally agreed and is working on a written agreement to present to Solano. FLAC specific activities will be on-hold until June 2026 (SaaS go-live) to prioritize ensuring capabilities are configured and met to maintain the current manual processes for faculty pay.

Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
The purpose of this project is to implement Ellucian’s Banner Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) process to automate and improve the management of faculty workload assignments, contracts, and compensation in coordination with the transition to Banner SaaS. Currently, the faculty pay process is handled through manual processes. Implementing FLAC would increase efficiency and improve data quality. It would also enable Faculty to have more visibility with their work assignments and pay through the self-service module.
