Benefit/Purpose
Briefly describe what you hope to achieve by executing the project, including anticipated benefits.
The purpose of this project is to implement Ellucian’s Banner Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) process to automate and improve the management of faculty workload assignments, contracts, and compensation in coordination with the transition to Banner SaaS. Currently, the faculty pay process is handled through manual processes. Implementing FLAC would increase efficiency and improve data quality. It would also enable Faculty to have more visibility with their work assignments and pay through the self-service module.
